Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Luxe De Maison. We hope you love your purchase, however if you change your mind, we are here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
